Evers Entertainment Terms and Conditions - EE IMPLEMENTED POLICIES

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using www.faraheversdesigns.com operated by EE. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.faraheversdesigns.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

EE will also be referred to as EE hereafter.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by EE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by EE.

EE has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

PAYMENT

All preset prices for services are liable to change at any given point.
Currencies accepted are in USD (American Dollars) and EUR (Euros) only.

Clients will receive the final and revised product only after they have completed payment. 

PRICES

If the product you request does not have a standard price on it, then the quote given applies. (Applies to all Non-EU residents)

PRODUCTION COMPANY CONTRACTS & LICENSES

ACTORS
Any collaborating or hired actors agree to sign release forms with all rights reserved and granted to EE or HP to release any material.

Restrictions on Use Except as provided herein, Licensee may not:

• Sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer any of its rights under this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified by legal contract and sales of transfer.

• Use any footage in a pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise illegal manner, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with other materials.

Indemnity

Client agrees to indemnify and hold EVERS ENTERTAINMENT harmless against all claims arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement.

Warranties

EVERS ENTERTAINMENT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING, INCLUDING, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

EVERS ENTERTAINMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF CLIENT'S USE OF THE DESIGNS, OR OTHERWISE.

These terms and conditions are viable for update at least once a year as of the day of the company's launch.
